We are here to serve you, the customer. We are not affiliated with any cable, phone, internet, or satellite providers. We respect your privacy. We only send emails to customers who select to be on the email list. We do not disclose or share any of your information with anyone. Registered customers will have the option to have us save their info for quick easy check-out on future items. Registered customers may also receive coupons or other special deals. (We will not swamp you with email offers. We might send a coupon once a year. You'll be lucky if we ever have a sale. Our prices are always as low as possible!) All items are guaranteed to be as described and pictured. If you are not satisfied with any item, it may be returned within 7 days for a replacement or refund, your choice. Shipping costs are not refundable. We ship most items via the United States Postal Service. Very large or heavy orders may be shipped by other means at our discretion. We ship to United States addresses only, including HI, AK, PR, APO, & FPO. Make sure your shipping address is correct, we will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addressing. Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed. We ship items daily Monday thru Friday, and often on Saturday. Orders are processed in 24 hours or less (usually much less) during normal business days. If your order processing is delayed for any reason, we will contact you right away.
